PROVIDE CARE

In supporting our local communities, our mission is to help find care for children in the Chicagoland area.

We work with a variety of groups and organizations to help local Chicagoland area children care depending on their needs. This may include hospital care, doctor visits, and providing a more comfortable environment for their child.

Please see our previous work in providing care below.

Chicago Community COVID-19 Response Fund

Together with the Western Union Foundation, we proudly announced a $100,000 grant to the Chicago Community COVID-19 Response Fund in April, 2020. The Chicago Community Trust and United Way of Metro Chicago rapidly deployed the funds to provide essential goods and services to those in the Chicagoland area.

The funds a part of the grant were to serve the local Chicagoland area families experiencing extreme difficulties due to COVID-19. The funds gave families emergency access to necessities such as food and health services.

Partnership with the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago

Located across the street from our first Tony’s Fresh Market location (Fullerton Ave.), we have continually partnered with the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago to provide care to those living in the area surrounding the store and health center.

Most notably, we partnered with the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago at our anniversary block party in May 2019. Through this partnership, we promoted their many family and health services. We also worked with their health center to further promote health programs for children.
